The Role
Our Experiences team puts fans at the center of their favorite stories, in real life, through permanent entertainment venues, Netflix House, and touring attractions around the world. Netflix Houses are our permanent, always-on, constantly refreshable entertainment venues, where guests can step into their favorite stories. We want these experiences, along with merchandise offerings, to help promote love for our titles so they become part of the zeitgeist for longer periods of time and drive long-term value for Netflix.
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will support the Building Manager in executing the overall maintenance operations for Netflix House Philadelphia. You will ensure that partnership relations, third-party vendors, repair, and maintenance are proactively maintained and managed.
This on-site, hourly role reports to the Building Manager and is based in King of Prussia, PA.
What you will do:
Support the Building Manager in all facility-related operations, including coordinating repairs, tracking compliance, and maintaining the upkeep of all areas.
Coordinate scheduling and access for third-party vendors performing maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
Conduct minor on-site repairs and general maintenance tasks, ensuring timely escalation of larger issues. Coordinate with the operations team to minimize Fan disruption when maintenance projects are planned.
Maintain the workshop space so that it is usable for a variety of functions.
Assist with daily walkthroughs of the venue to identify potential issues and ensure operational readiness across front-of-house, back-of-house, and technical areas.
Manage logs, checklists, and digital tracking systems to ensure maintenance, inspections, and compliance documentation are up to date.
Work closely with the landlord on larger maintenance coordination projects, including freight access, HVAC, or janitorial coordination.
Coordinate with corporate stakeholders to establish best practices in maintenance.
Support emergency preparedness procedures, drills, and documentation in partnership with operations and security.
Contribute to written updates and reports shared with leadership regarding facility status and ongoing initiatives.
Promote and foster a mindset of continuous innovation for internal teams and external partners.
What we need from you:
Demonstrated 3+ years of facilities experience in a fast-paced retail, attraction, or F&B operation preferred.
Experience within a variety of facility management areas, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and general maintenance.
Good understanding of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) and/or OSHA qualification (or willingness to obtain).
Experience with digital tools for asset tracking, scheduling, and maintenance logs (e.g., Google Workspace).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across internal departments and external vendors.
Resourceful and solutions-focused with a hands-on mindset and a strong attention to detail.
Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate.
Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a 365-day attraction.
