The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Corporate and Travel Industry Sales Manager to join our commercial team. As the Corporate and Travel Industry Sales Manager, you will play a key role in maximizing revenue by managing and developing business within the retail and negotiated segments. This position focuses on both strategic account management and proactive sales efforts, with a goal of driving high-value business and long-term relationships for the hotel.
What you will do
- Lead proactive sales efforts to secure business across key segments including retail and negotiated.
- Manage a portfolio of top-producing accounts while actively pursuing new opportunities to grow market share.
- Participate in trade shows, roadshows, client events, and sales missions to generate leads and elevate brand awareness.
- Conduct site visits, familiarization trips and local activations to showcase the property's amenities and services.
- Analyze performance, market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel advisors, tour operators, DMCs, and corporate partners.
- Maintain an expert understanding of the hotel’s facilities, services, and unique value proposition.
- Manage the full sales process including prospecting, contracting, revenue forecasting, and account management.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to leadership.
- Ensure coordination between sales, operations, and other departments to guarantee service excellence.
- Work closely with Revenue Management and Reservations to ensure optimal rate strategies and availability.
- Represent the hotel with the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence in line with the Four Seasons brand.
- Able to manage a dynamic workload and stay responsive to client and internal needs while traveling.
What you bring
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
- High attention to detail and customer service skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Hospitality or a related field is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales preferred
- Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Schedule & Hours:
Full time position
Hybrid Model – Once introductory period validated, candidate will have the opportunity to work with a hybrid model (on-property/remote). Candidate must remain adaptable and responsive to business needs, including availability for client visits and coverage during colleagues’ travel. Remote work eligibility will be based on operational needs and demonstrated performance, as assessed by the Director of Sales.
