Netflix House is another step in Netflix's commitment to create immersive, in-person experiences for fans around the globe, including NETFLIX BITES Las Vegas, The Queen’s Ball: A Bridgerton Experience; Stranger Things: The Experience; Squid Game: The Experience, now open in New York, Madrid, Sydney and Seoul; and Stranger Things: The First Shadow, now open on London’s West End and coming to Broadway March 28. Netflix has reached 7.5 Million fans across 170 openings in 100 cities and 40 unique formats around the world with an average guest rating of 4.7 out of 5.
The Role
As the Attractions Supervisor (Events), you will play a key role in designing and executing unforgettable events, activations, and ongoing programming at Netflix House Philadelphia that drive guest engagement, support business objectives, and bring Netflix IP to life in compelling, culturally resonant ways.
This Attractions Supervisor (Events) will work cross-functionally across multiple teams to operate a slate of events that encourage repeat visits from our local community fans. This role will oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of special events, ensuring that all components are successfully delivered to internal or external clients.
This on-site, salaried role reports to the Assistant General Manager and is based in King of Prussia, PA.
What you will do:
Own Netflix House Philadelphia special events that support business goals, ranging from brand partnerships to sponsorship fulfillment to Netflix season launch events.
Collaborate cross-functionally across teams with Netflix House leadership, corporate marketing, and other partners to plan and execute activations, seasonal events, pop-ups, and brand-aligned surprises.
Maintain a year-round programming calendar in the venue management system, which acts as the master calendar for the Event Space and all activated locations.
Supervise a team (Crew) that is dedicated to running special events.
Liaise with local vendors that support special events and programming.
Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of special events and programming, providing recommendations based on Fan feedback and data insights.
Partner with on-site management to continually improve the Fan experience and overall Fan journey within Netflix House Philadelphia, ensuring programming and special events are seamlessly integrated, logistically sound, and aligned with all EHS standards.
Maintain regular communication with other Netflix Houses and the corporate team to provide learnings and help inform overall program development.
Create run-of-show documents, complete post-event reports, and prepare overall reporting for events and programs.
Promote and foster a mindset of continuous innovation for internal teams and external partners.
What we need from you:
Demonstrated 3+ years of delivering special events and supervising an events team in live entertainment, attractions, theater, hospitality, or experiential environments.
Experience with calendar software/venue management systems is preferred.
Deep understanding of attraction seasonality and devising ways to drive event attendance in non-peak periods.
Strong familiarity with Netflix titles and the ability to translate IPs into compelling real-world experiences.
Demonstrated experience driving safe, engaging, and innovative programming by developing immersive activations, ensuring EHS compliance, collaborating with key stakeholders, and optimizing guest experiences while maintaining a secure environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and digital.
Excellent leadership skills.
Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate.
Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a 365-day attraction.
